Street Outfit Of The Day + Instagram Diary #1

Sup Cuties!
Hows 2013 treating you sweeties? My year has been
so far so good with zero unfortunate happenings-
i'm keeping my fingers crossed that it'll stay that way!
Let's all aim to have a happy and fulfilling year ahead together~

Today's post will be titbits on what's happenin' in mah life!

You might have noticed that I've
re-designed my blog layout and banner again, which I took
inspiration from one of my favourite
childhood stories ever: Alice In Wonderland

Before:
After:
What do you think of the new theme? Yay or Nay?

Moving aside, I'm into dressing more "street" these days.
(If that even makes sense)
Here's my recent Outfit Of The Day:

Studded my Army Parka and Leather skirt myself~

My peek-a-boo purple hair strands are gradually turning
light blonde which I hope passes off as beach worthy highlights,
but in all honesty, it does feel like a brittle haystack on my shoulders.

Thus imma gonna get them dyed and conditioned
this coming Thursday @ my hair sponsor Salon De Choix~
*supadupamega eggcited*

OOTD: Studded and tattoo fantasies

 Hello sweets!
How's your week so far?

Mine was busy, busy and busy (ಠ_ಠ)
As I was recently selected to freelance for Haraju-Cute
a Japanese themed corner that was recently launched
in Singapore's Guardian outlets. It carries a wide selection of,
you guessed it- Kawaii Japanese products!

From Brigitte to Diamond Beauty, they carry a total
of 15 cult brands under their belt.
I'll be writing up daily posts and updating for Haraju-Cute Facebook~
Do expect upcoming awesome give-aways/ contests on their kawaii page!
So shower them some love simply by liking:
https://www.facebook.com/harajucute

Today I'll be blogging about a Look Of The Day outfit
that revolves around my favourite spunky details- Studs and Spikes!
(Which I'm really digging now)
Paired le outfit with my Gun Tattoo Stockings to scare people
into thinking that I have real tatts so they will
stay the f away from me *wink*
Got these babies a month ago but wasn't brave enough to wear
them out until I finally plucked my courage to.

NEED TO GET A BETTER CAMERA ASAP.
the Samsung MV800 that I was eyeing after was sold out in a
hour of the recent Comex show opening. fml seriously.
Any recommendations?
 Outfit points!
Feline fetish for anything cat eared. Meow.
Guess how much I got this belt for?
A freaking dollar! I admit, I am quite the bargain hunter
(A nicer way of putting it instead of cheapo shopaholic)
when it comes to shopping at Bugis Village-
"Auntie ar, this one ar can disount somemore anot?"

Have been chancing upon a couple of value for money
purchases that I'll share with you girlies soon!

Psst. Doesn't the belt look like its pointing its
middle finger in the photo above?
tsk tsk so very vulgar of you, Mr. Belt. hahahahaha.
My trusty bracelet that I pair with almost anything when I want
to give my outfits an edge.
Got this at a $15 bargain, $10 off the
original price tag of $25 at Bugis Village as well.
Score.

A Cotton On Rubi leopard print sling bag that I got for a steal at 2 bucks.
However I felt that it was too plain
(I know, I know. How can anything leopard be too plain?
I'm contradicting myself ain't i? hahahaha)
and not to mention common as I've seen it on the shoulders
of a couple of girls on the streets,
so I decided to spruce it up a lil with some DIY magic.
After my studding spree, and some random badges thrown in.
Tutorial anyone?
Close up of le pastel grunge badges-
A rather vulgar skeleton's middle finger and
a cross floating above some cotton candied clouds.
Here's a blurry photo of me acting spastic.

What in the world is Ms. Choo Pei Ting doing?

Finally an acceptable photo of me...
Not looking into the camera.

Hope you sweets enjoyed reading this post!
Let me know if you'll love to see more of such OOTD posts~

Till then, Sayonara!
XOXO

[SPONSORED REVIEW] Sheinside.com Chiffon Swallowtail Rray Street Dress

Hello lovelies!
How was your weekend~? Hope it has been a blast!~
Mine flew by as usual hah.

Today I'll be reviewing a trendy and pretty piece which I chose,
sponsored by the awesome Sheinside.com. A fashion website
which I'm sure many of you girlies will be able to discover the
perfect outfit for you!

For the fashion concious who are looking for
picture purrfect outfitslook no further!

Without further ado, PHOTOS

What I love:
When I first received the dress, I was literally stunned/ taken aback by the
how vivid the red was. Shy to say, I'm a virgin when it comes to wearing
red pieces. Brushing my fears aside, took this baby out for a ride
and so far, I've gotten compliments on how well the colour suited
my skin tone (I'm quite fair skinned btw).
To boot, the asymmetrical swallowtail design of the skirt is in trend now,
so hooray for so-hip-till-it-hurts/ too-cool-for-school street style outfit coordinates!
Can't wait to pair this baby with my leather jacket and slick heeled booties!

Also, what I love about Sheinside.com, IS FOR THEIR
FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE! How delightful does that sound!
Plus, I needn't worry about whether my item will be lost while shipping midway:
I've received this dress in about 2 weeks (free normal mail) and perfectly packaged.
Of course, there's the express shipping option if you want your Sheinside.com fix asap!

What's more, there's a 30 day money back guarantee if you're ever displeased,
but I doubt you will be!

If you love this Chiffon Swallowtail Rray Street Dress as much as I do,
you can purchase the Grey one over here:
(As the maroon one is unfortunately sold out on site)

Did anyone notice that I didn't include the act cute
Japanese emoticons in this post this time round? *laughs*

Hope you enjoyed this review, hip hip hooray for cute outfits~!

TILL THE NEXT,
XOXO
