[SPONSORED HAIR MAKEOVER] Salon De Choix Turquoise Peek-A-Boo Hair

 Hello sweeties
My frizzy/weak/brittle tresses were needing 
some serious TLC thus I made a trip down town last Thursday to 
visit my hair sponsor Salon De Choix~

Sharon Wu, director of Salon De Choix, recommended to do
"Peek-a-boo" hair highlights again as the trend is
still going strong on the runway
This time round I chose turquoise!
Hair makeover process:
No. 1: Hair was divided into two sections so that the bottom
half can be bleached and coloured turquoise! Look at the fugly
roots ohmygod... Surprisingly the middle section 
of hair was still visibly purple. 
Triple thumbs up for being a strong survivor after 3 months~ 

No. 2: After a hair trim to remove split ends 
and the bottom half of my hair bleached.

No. 3: Bottom sectioned hair coloured with turquoise~
Blue hair dye applied as well as it 
will gradually fade into turquoise- longer lasting colour!
No. 4: Top sectioned hair was coloured in a darker shade so that
my roots wouldn't show as much when they grow out~

No. 5: Much needed Kerastase hair 
treatment was applied on my mane.
As the hair colouring process is damaging to my 
tresses, I experienced my very first steam hair treatment! 
Steam treatments are extremely beneficial to the hair 
and contribute greatly to its health. 

 The steam treatment opens up the hair cuticles, allowing the 
deep conditioner to further penetrate, which in turn, gives 
me healthier, softer and stronger hair! Hooray~

Googled the benefits of steam treatments and boy, the list was extensive!

Benefits include:
 Better scalp circulation for better hair growth
 Cleanses scalp and removes dirt + dead skin
 Moisturises roots and hair shaft
 Stops dryness and hair breakage

No. 6: While in wait for the 20 minutes treatment to work its magic!
